BIO: Donna Giesler, The Star Lady
Passionate about her stargazing and explorations of the night sky, The Star Lady is the perfect guide for your introduction to astronomy and sky watching. Her stargazing workshops in Hawaii, Sky Tours on Mauna Kea and astronomy lectures on the high seas have convinced hundreds of people to get out, look up and rediscover the night sky!

You will find the Past President of the Bruce County Astronomical Society informative and entertaining. Donna will present the facts with an appealing blend of humor, wonder and narrative. And, to add to your astronomical delight she will invite you to an onboard Stargazing Club including a thrilling Laser Tour of the Night Sky. You can go from the basics to “beyond”.

Once a teacher (for 35 years!) and educational columnist on the forefront of integrating high tech into the classrooms of Toronto, Donna would now like to integrate the Wonders of the Night Sky in to your South Seas Cruise Adventure.
